Design Your Own Quilts Using EQ8
What is EQ8?
EQ8 is short for Electric Quilt 8 - a software program that allows you to design unique one-of-a-kind quilts, calculate fabric, and generate cutting instructions, all with the click of a mouse! This class will show you how to use the software to easily design unique quilts to be the perfect gift for someone special.
What can you do with EQ8?
- Design custom patterns
- Recreate existing patterns in any size
- Audition fabrics in any quilt design
- Try different colors at the click of a button
- Draw applique blocks
- Print ready-made cutting instructions
- and much more!
This is an EQ8 Club that will meet once a month (the last Saturday of each month*). The class will meet 10AM-Noon. We will cover a different topic each month. Each meeting date will be $20.
This is a hands-on training session.
Supplies needed for training include:
* EQ8 Software "PRE-INSTALLED" on your laptop. We have the software available here to order.
