March 3-Day Quilt Retreat
ABOUT THE ULTIMATE QUILT RETREAT
Quilting Bee Fabrics is all about giving quilters a relaxed, fun atmosphere in which you can learn new techniques, make new friends, and of course, sew!
The retreat check-in begins on Tuesday morning, March 19 at the Vinchester Inn event space.
Each quilter is provided at least a 3′ space at a table with access to two cutting and two pressing stations.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Sewing tables & chairs – Seating is first come, first served. We have seating for 18 people. Four 10-foot wooden tables will seat 3 people at each and three 6-foot/8-foot tables with 2 people per table. Medal folding chairs are provided at each spot; you may want to bring a nice cushion.
There will be at least two cutting tables as well as ironing tables throughout the room. Extension cords are also provided.
Meals & Snacks – Included in your reservation will be three meals, snacks, beverages and a happy hour. Lunch on Tuesday will be a deli tray of lunch meat and cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables. The catered dinner on Tuesday evening will be chicken fettuccini alfredo, salad and bread and homemade pie for dessert. Wednesday’s lunch will be homemade soup and salad. Iced tea, coffee and water will be available all three days as well as packaged snacks. If you require any dietary restrictions, please message Aimee at aimee@quiltingbeefabrics.com.

LODGING AT VINCHESTER INN
Lodging is not included in the base retreat rate but can be made through Quilting Bee Fabrics. The all-inclusive room rate for the 2 nights of the retreat is $274.
Vinchester Inn has 11 rooms designed to be simple, clean, modern, and highly functional. There are 5 rooms that have 2 double beds and can sleep up to 4 people and 5 rooms with a king bed to accommodate 2 people per room. The Inn also has 1 ADA room with 1 queen bed for up to 2 guests.
